THENICESHIRTS “, “we,” or “us”) operates the website located at https://theniceshirts.com . (the “Site”). The use of the Site is subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By using this Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions as well as any other terms, guidelines or rules that apply to any portion of this Site, without limitation or qualification. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must exit the Site immediately and discontinue any use of the information or products obtainable or accessible through the Site. 1. Terms of Purchase and Security
a) All orders are subject to stock availability and payment clearance.
b) We currently accept PayPal and credit card payment via PayPal.
c) Online payment transactions will be processed using a secure credit card payment system (168 bit SSL) from PayPal. This is the highest level commercial secure systems in use. For more information, refer here.
a) Prices are recommended retail price. To this we add insured postage and packing charges based on your purchase quantity and preferred shipment method.
b) All prices exclude applicable duties, tariffs, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance.
c) Payment is in U.S. Dollar only.
a) We aim to deliver orders within 1-2 working days from order receipt. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the following week’s Monday.
b) International FREE Standard Delivery – Single purchase above US$39 is eligible for international free standard delivery.
c) When chosen, orders can be sent using express shipment (depending on stock availability).
d) All parcels will be delivered by registered post.
e) You will be asked to sign for the delivery and this will be used as proof of delivery. If someone without authority signs for the product at the address you have given us, then this will be your responsibility.
a) We believe you will be totally satisfied with your Wood Face Watch purchase. If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the product to us for a refund. However, this refund is not available if we reasonably expect that the item has been worn or the product is returned without its original packaging, including the clear protective wrap, or if you don’t include your proof and date of purchase. Alternatively, you may ask for an exchange for the same or a different model. An exchange does not apply if we expect that the item has been worn or damaged in any way. If you are changing models, then there may be a price differential to be accounted for.
c) In the unlikely event that you receive your item(s) in a faulty/damaged state, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods, these items will be dealt with in accordance with our returns procedure. Please note that refunds and exchanges do not apply if we reasonably expect that the item has been worn or damaged in any way.
d) Refunds and exchanges for Internet purchases cannot be obtained from retail stores.
e) We aim to make the refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment.
f) We will deduct the cost of post and packaging (outwards and, if relevant, inwards) from the refund amount if you return the product due to personal preference, as opposed to some defect with the product. This also applies to transactions where free delivery was the chosen transportation method
g) Any items which have been customised by a 3rd party cannot be returned / exchanged.
5. Product Care and Servicing
a) If you wish to discuss any aspect of the care and maintenance of your WoodFaceWatch product, please email our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our customer care people will be happy to help you.
a) You will obtain the same guarantee against defective materials and workmanship on any model, as we give for that model through a retail store sale. Please see the guarantee card that will be sent to you with the product for further details.
b) The terms of purchase do not affect your statutory rights.
7. Data Protection / Privacy / Emails
a) We take protection of your privacy and data seriously and recognise our duty to keep information about you safe and secure.
c) By “Checking Out” from our Shopping basket, and therefore Pressing OK to agree with our Terms and Conditions, you consent to receive communications from WoodFaceWatch. (These may take the form of Postal Mail, Email or other methods). You may at any time wish to opt out from these communications by emailing email@example.com specifying your needs.
8. Design and Trade Mark Protection
a) We pride ourselves on our innovative designs and go to great lengths to create products that are uniquely WoodFaceWatch.
b) All our products are protected against copying by domestic and international law. We reserve all of our rights concerning our trademarks, copyrights and designs. Copying of any product in any form will be an infringement of our intellectual property rights and is strictly prohibited.
a) We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice.
b) There may be mistakes, inaccuracies or other errors in the information on this Website. For example the information may be out of date or incomplete in some way. Please feel free to email our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
